On the Jeddah-Tashkent flight, a passenger's heart stopped, the plane made an emergency landing

Flight 9C-3306, en route from Jeddah to Tashkent, was forced to make an emergency landing at a Bahraini airport after an unexpected medical accident on board. Air Samarkand company provided information about this.

It was reported that the elderly female passenger's heart stopped during the flight. Having assessed the situation, the aircraft commander and the second pilot made a decision to make an urgent landing at the nearest airport. A medical crew was called to the plane on the spot.

During this time, the flight attendants' team, using all available means, provided the necessary assistance to the passenger before landing. After the plane landed, local doctors continued resuscitation measures and managed to stabilize the passenger's condition. The woman was taken to the hospital and is currently undergoing treatment.

After refueling in Bahrain, the flight resumed and arrived in Tashkent on December 15 at 9:49 a.m., with a delay of about 2 hours.
