Children returned to their mother's care

The family is the fundamental unit of society, where the conditions for a person's physical and spiritual development are formed. A child has the right to live with their parents.

However, it is no secret that recent family divorces have brought painful questions to the agenda, such as the fate of children, their future custody, and their financial support.

Citizen M.U. was forced to leave her home due to family disagreements with her spouse T.T. However, unable to take her two minor daughters, N.S. (born 14.06.2022) and N.I. (born 10.09.2023), she appealed to the Navbahor Interdistrict Court for Civil Cases. On 06.04.2026, the court granted the claim, taking into account that the two minor children needed their mother's care.

The Konimex District Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement initiated enforcement proceedings based on the court's executive document requiring T.T. to return the two minor children to the custody of their mother, M.U.

To implement the enforcement, the parties were given a voluntary period and warned; as a result of enforcement actions and explanations, the children were returned to their mother's care.
