Transitioning the service to an electronic format eliminates unnecessary time expenditure for citizens associated with repeated visits to polyclinics and collecting paper documents. All processes are now automated. The certificate can easily be obtained in several steps: first, undergo the relevant medical examination; then doctors enter their conclusions into the system; after which the certificate is generated automatically. The electronic system serves the following categories of citizens: applicants submitting documents to higher and secondary specialised educational institutions; job applicants being hired; athletes and referee candidates; persons being registered in the Muruvvat and Sakhovat boarding homes.
