A new step has been taken to improve service quality and fundamentally upgrade transport infrastructure at our capital's main air gateway. Uzbekistan Airports company announced that it will lease six large parking lots located at Tashkent International Airport to the private sector through open auctions. Area and starting price
By Uzbekistan Airports E-auksion.uz the total area of the objects placed on the platform is over 40,000 square meters . This area means space for approximately about 1,500 vehicles.
Areas put up for auction: Parking lots P1, P3–P5, P7, P8.
Starting price: Per year 48.7 billion soums.
Lease term: 3 years.
Modern requirements and obligations
The future operator will not only lease the space but must also fulfill the following obligations:
Full digitalization and automation of the areas;
Installation of charging stations for electric vehicles;
Introduction of an online booking system and modern equipment for license plate recognition.
According to the financial terms, the winning investor is expected to pay a fixed fee as well as 5 percent of their revenue.
When and how to participate?
This investment project will serve to create more comfortable conditions for guests and visitors arriving at the airport. Significant investment in the reconstruction and improvement of the areas is required.
