“Even after the match we still haven’t fully realized we beat a team like that. Perhaps we left behind one of the strongest organizations in the 21st-century football industry. This game went down in history not only for us, but for Norwegians as well—for Norwegian sport as a whole,” Khaykin said on the VideoSports program.
The goalkeeper noted that this result is one of the most important victories of his career.
