Khaykin calls win over Manchester City historic

Nikita Khaykin, goalkeeper of Norway’s Bodø/Glimt, commented on the important victory over Manchester City. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .

In the 7th-round match of the Champions League league phase, the Norwegians won 3–1.

“Even after the match, we didn’t immediately realize we had beaten one of the strongest organizations in the 21st-century football industry. This game went down in history not only for our team, but also for Norwegians and Norwegian sport as a whole,” Khaykin said on the VideoSports program.

The goalkeeper described the result as one of the most memorable wins of his career.
