Another wave of extreme heat expected in the coming days
From July 17 to 20, a powerful heatwave is expected across the entire country, which may become a serious challenge for the population. This time, unlike usual, no cool weather is expected to follow the hot days. On the contrary, the heat may persist for an extended period, warns climatologist Erkin Abdullakhotov.

The incoming air masses are expected to arrive from the west, first affecting the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the Khorezm region, then spreading to the central parts and densely populated provinces of the country. This will create uncomfortable and even dangerous conditions for millions of people.

Experts emphasize that this time, there will be no sudden temperature drop or cool spell after the heat. Instead, the scorching weather will continue throughout the following week.

Such weather conditions can pose serious risks to the agricultural sector. Accordingly, specialists have already begun offering specific recommendations to farmers and gardeners.

In particular:
– Gardeners are advised to protect fruit trees from sunburn using special shade nets;
– Cotton farmers are recommended to deeply irrigate their fields at night in advance of temperatures reaching up to +45°C.

A sharp increase in temperature can also seriously impact human health. Doctors recommend avoiding direct sunlight, drinking plenty of water, and staying calm.

It is also noted that this heatwave may not be limited to just this week. If atmospheric conditions do not change, the hot weather may extend for several more days.

Thus, a new “scorching heat” period is beginning in our country. Everyone must be cautious and prepare in advance for this test of nature.
