
Uzbekistan’s President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has ratified an agreement on the border junction points with Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, according to Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Justice.
This document was signed by the leaders of the three countries at the end of March this year in the city of Khujand, Tajikistan. Following the signing, Uzbekistan’s leader Shavkat Mirziyoyev extended his sincere congratulations to the Presidents of Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.
At the time, air traffic between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan was restored, and several border crossing points between these countries resumed operations. Subsequently, the leaders of the three Central Asian countries were honored with the Lev Tolstoy Award.
The committee commended Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Kyrgyzstan’s President Sadyr Japarov, and Tajikistan’s President Emomali Rahmon for their significant contributions to ensuring peace in the region. Read “Zamin” on Telegram!
