Navbahor announce signing of Georgian defender for the new season

Uzbekistan’s Navbahor have added experienced Georgian centre-back Anri Chichinadze ahead of the new season. The club’s press service reports that an official contract has been signed and the player is ready to deliver bright performances for the team.
Anri Chichinadze was born on 5 October 1997 in Kutaisi, Georgia. During his career he has played for Georgian sides Torpedo (Kutaisi, 2015–2019 and 2023), Saburtalo (Tbilisi, 2020) and Dila (Gori, 2021–2022). He has also featured for Uzbekistan’s Turon (Yaypan, 2023 first round), and Russia’s Chernomorets (Novorossiysk, 2024–2025) and Orenburg (Orenburg, 2025).
In addition, Chichinadze has represented Georgia at various youth national-team levels, defending the country’s honour. The club says the newcomer will support Navbahor’s winning path and delight fans with flawless actions on the pitch.
Fans and experts view Anri Chichinadze as an important boost to the “Falcons” defence and expect strong results from him in the new season.
