Uzbekistan to establish a fund to renovate schools and hospitals

Uzbekistan will establish a special fund aimed at building and renovating social sector institutions.

This initiative, introduced by a decree of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, is designed to support education, healthcare, and sports.

The fund will finance the construction and renovation of schools, hospitals, and sports facilities nationwide, and will also ensure the purchase of modern equipment, educational and medical supplies, and essential technologies for institutions’ operations.
