The number of Uzbek citizens deported from the United States is 975. The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has released its report for November 2024, Fox News reported.

In total, 1,445,549 foreign nationals from various countries will be deported. They have not been arrested, but a final decision on deportation has been made. In addition, the list includes countries that no longer exist - the USSR and Yugoslavia. It is not known to which country the holders of these passports will be sent.

Mexico (252,044), Guatemala (253,413), Honduras (261,651) and El Salvador (203,822) are leading the list of deportees.

37,908 Chinese citizens are listed with final orders for deportation. The list also includes citizens of Kazakhstan (369), Kyrgyzstan (319), Tajikistan (149) and Turkmenistan (40) among the Central Asian countries.

The number of undocumented immigrants in the United States has increased from 3.7 million in 2021 to nearly 4.8 million in 2022 and more than 7 million in 2023.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in the United States arrested 1,179 people in a single day on January 28. This is a record number of arrests of illegal immigrants since Trump took office.

Trump's migration policy

On January 21, the US President announced that all illegal border crossings would be closed. He signed an executive order banning the entry of illegal immigrants through the southern border of the United States. He restricted the right to remain there under the pretext of seeking asylum.

The President instructed the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, and the Department of State to take measures to expel those who illegally enter the United States from the south. The Pentagon announced the deployment of an additional 1,500 troops and helicopters to the border. In addition, aviation will be provided to deport more than 5,000 illegal immigrants, and temporary and permanent barriers will be built to stop their flow and illegal trafficking.

The President of Mexico said that illegal immigrants who come to his country to go to the United States will be sent back to their homeland. Mexico refused to accept a military transport plane carrying illegal immigrants from the United States.

The Washington Post, citing a document in its possession, writes that Trump intends to send an additional 10,000 military personnel to the border with Mexico.
