Unemployed son shoots his mother to death in Turkey

A 30-year-old man was shot dead with a shotgun in the Turkish province of Sakarya in a dispute over unemployment and marital problems. Son Dakika reported this.

During the dispute, his mother criticized her son for not working and not getting married. After the incident, the son called 112 and reported that he was missing. Later, when he was found by gendarmerie officers, he confessed to the murder.

When police officers went to the house where the murder took place, they came across the body of a 62-year-old woman. The body of the deceased was sent to the morgue after an investigation at the scene. An investigation is currently underway. All evidence found in the house was sent to the relevant department for examination.

The boy's father was in the district center at the time of the incident. The suspect was arrested after the court hearing and sent to prison.

A terrible incident involving the murder of his mother occurred in Tajikistan in 2023. At that time, a 32-year-old man stabbed his mother 136 times to death. A quarrel broke out between the arrested person and the 65-year-old deceased. The reasons for the conflict between them were not disclosed.
