One of the many residences owned by Alexander Lukashenko is Krasnoselskoye. It is located 40 kilometers from Minsk, on the Udra River. The BELPOL organization provided information about what is located on the territory of this residence and some of the costs.
In the 1990s, this facility belonged to the Krasnoselskoye State Forestry Enterprise. Later, it was transferred to another structure of the Presidential Administration - Dipservice. In 2012, the complex was leased for 100 years to the foreign construction unitary enterprise SertusAvia, which is associated with the Russian oligarch Mikhail Gutseriev.
According to BELPOL, there are three large buildings on the territory of the complex. The largest of them is house number 1, with a total area of 730 square meters.

According to information, the cost of cornices and curtains in house number 1 is estimated at 560 thousand Belarusian rubles (according to the first option) or 449 thousand Belarusian rubles (according to the second option). This corresponds to an amount of 236 thousand to 287 thousand US dollars.
