Published on November 27, 2025. Uzbekistani residents living in Moscow no longer need to visit Ministry of Internal Affairs offices to complete migration reporting.
This process can now be conducted via the 'Amina' mobile application. This news was reported by the TASS news agency.
This system helps save time for citizens and eliminates the need to stand in queues. The 'Amina' application is mandatory for citizens of Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, and Ukraine who come to Moscow or the Moscow region for work.
With the help of the app, migrants can independently provide information about their place of residence. According to representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, this system simplifies monitoring and helps quickly locate citizens in case of any legal violations.
