Protection of Uzbek migrants to be strengthened in St. Petersburg
The Representative Office of Uzbekistan's Migration Agency and the Consulate General of Kyrgyzstan in St. Petersburg have signed agreements with the city's Bar Association and the International Lawyers’ Collegium "St. Petersburg." This was reported by the "Dune" agency.

These agreements will be valid for one year and are aimed at supporting citizens of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan working in Russia, particularly in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region. Russian lawyers will compile a list of specialists specialized in migration, labor, administrative, civil, and criminal issues and will be ready to assist migrants.

The agreements include providing free consultations under Russian legislation, offering assistance in courts and state institutions, as well as organizing lectures and seminars for labor migrants and sharing useful materials.
