Later, they decided to head to an undisclosed destination. According to the source, a motorcade driven by Adam Kadyrov was traveling at high speed and collided with a car moving at a green light.
It is also noted that footage from the scene of the incident may have circulated on social networks around the Staropromyslovsky highway in the city of Grozny. It seems the road is blocked there.
