Christian Bale in Talks for "The Fighter 2"

On November 18, 2025, Deadline reported that actor Christian Bale is in negotiations to play the lead role in the sequel to the famous action film "Heat." The director of "Heat 2" will be Michael Mann, who also directed the original film released in 1995.

The filming is scheduled to begin in 2026, although Bale's specific role has not yet been revealed. The film's plot is based on a novel written by Mann himself in 2022.
