Khudoyor Khurramovich Meliev was born in 1980. He has been working as a deputy minister since January 2019. He graduated from the Tashkent State Law Institute. During his career, he held various responsible positions in the Ministry of Justice. Before becoming a deputy, he served as head of the Main Legislative Department of the Ministry of Justice.
