Yandex Go taxis can now enter the arrivals exit area at Tashkent Airport

At Tashkent International Airport, Yandex Go drivers are now allowed to pull up and stop at the arrivals hall exit from the first lane. Uzbekistan Airports’ press service reported.

Along with Yandex Go, Taxi Millennium, Let’s Trip, Uzviptranservice, Sixt, and Taxi Airport Tashkent have also been granted access to this area. These official taxi services can wait free of charge for up to 20 minutes in front of the capital’s airport.

According to Uzbekistan Airports, a single dispatch service has started operating in the arrivals hall to order official taxis. Yandex Go taxis, as usual, can be booked via the mobile app.

A second lane has been allocated for other taxi services and private cars. Stopping there is allowed for up to 10 minutes, and compliance is monitored by the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ automated video surveillance system.
