Why was the court decision against the "Kokand physician" left unchanged?

On December 20, 2025, the appellate instance of the Fergana Regional Court upheld the decision on the administrative arrest of the Kokand physician I. Saliyev for 10 days. The appeal filed by the defense was not satisfied.

According to the court decision, a special license is required to practice traditional medicine. I. Saliev does not have such a permit. The court emphasized that a certificate of "member of folk medicine" does not replace a license.

Also, the healer's claims that he did not personally post videos on social networks were not found to be justified. According to the court, I. Saliev was directly involved in the activities of these pages and channels.

Currently, no cassation appeal has been filed against this decision.
