At the Islamic Solidarity Games held in Riyadh, Uzbek athlete Adhamjon Ergashev won three medals in one day in the 65 kg weight category in weightlifting. This was reported by the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan.
Ergashev secured a bronze medal in the snatch exercise with a result of 134 kg. In the clean and jerk exercise, he lifted 170 kg and won the gold medal.
With a total result of 304 kg from both exercises, he claimed the silver medal. Thus, Adhamjon Ergashev completed a full medal collection and made a significant contribution to the overall medal tally of the Uzbekistan national team.
