An underground parking facility estimated at $100 million is being built in New Tashkent. The president’s press service reported this.
According to the information, at the first stage the project is designed for 200 cars and 30 motorcycles. The initiative, with a total area of 40,000 square meters, was presented to President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
It was also noted that a modular building for the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services has been completed in the new district.
During the visit, digital solutions being introduced in New Tashkent were presented. In particular, a number of platforms were launched based on the “Transparent Construction” system, and city- and district-level data were consolidated into a single digital database.
Based on this database, 3D models of settlements have been created, zones requiring updates have been identified, and the process of territorial analysis has been simplified. From now on, drafting and discussing master plans, as well as issuing construction permits, are carried out entirely in a digital format.
