Ronald Araujo returns to full training with Barcelona

Barcelona defender Ronald Araujo has resumed training with the team’s main group. This was reported by euro-football.rureports.

Today, December 29, the Catalans are holding an open training session, and the Uruguayan footballer is also working on the pitch alongside his teammates.

Araujo last played at the end of November in the Champions League league-phase match against Chelsea (0:3). After that, the defender was granted leave due to psychological issues.

Ronald Araujo joined Barcelona in 2018 from Uruguayan club Boston River for €4.7 million. His contract with the Blaugrana runs until June 30, 2031. This season he has made 15 appearances for the Catalans and scored 2 goals.
