Quilmes, considered one of Argentina’s oldest teams, was founded in 1887 and over the years has built up a large fan base. However, the club is now going through a difficult period and needs support. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .
For this reason, the management put forward the idea of rebuilding the stadium and made an unusual appeal to supporters. It is not about raising money or asking for donations — the club is inviting fans the old-fashioned way: to come to the stadium in person and take part in the reconstruction work with physical labor.
Despite the scorching summer days in the Southern Hemisphere, fans have responded actively to the call and are joining the stadium work as volunteers.
