Monaco forward Folarin Balogun shared his thoughts ahead of the Ligue 1 Matchday 19 game against Le Havre. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .
The striker said the Monégasques respect today’s opponent, but are firmly determined to take all three points even away from home.
“It will be a tough match against a very physical team. We can sit back and think only about the game against Real, but that won’t help us,” Balogun was quoted as saying by the club’s press service.
Recall that in midweek Monaco suffered a heavy 1–6 defeat to Real Madrid in the Champions League.
After 18 rounds, Monaco sit 9th in the table with 23 points. Le Havre vs Monaco will be played on 24 January at the opponent’s ground and will kick off at 23:00 (Tashkent time).
