Former Juventus and France striker David Trezeguet has arrived in Argentina again. He previously played for River Plate and won the country’s second-division title with the club. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .
Now Trezeguet is returning to the Buenos Aires club’s structure in a different role — he is expected to join the management. Although his exact position at River Plate has not yet been disclosed, the club officially introduced the former player at a presentation ceremony attended by the entire management team.
It is noted that Trezeguet will work on strategic directions and represent River Plate at an institutional level. Recall that the French footballer retired in 2015.
