Did Iran target A-10 with new air defense?

Amidst the military tensions in the Middle East, reports of a new air defense system deployed by Iran have become the center of discussion. According to some sources, the AD-08 “Majid” system was used to target a US A-10 Thunderbolt II attack aircraft yesterday.
It is reported that the AD-08 “Majid” is a modern air defense system designed to combat short-range, low-altitude targets. It is mainly designed to provide effective protection against drones, cruise missiles, helicopters and other low-flying objects.
This system is mobile and is usually mounted on 4x4 tactical trucks, in particular the Aras-2 or Iveco Daily platforms. This increases its mobility and the ability to be used in various conditions.
The complex is also equipped with modern electro-optical detection equipment and infrared-guided missiles. Each launcher consists of two blocks, each of which is equipped with four missiles.
According to experts, the active use of such systems can increase the effectiveness of countering air attacks in the region. However, official confirmation of this has not yet been provided.
