Dartmouth College Endowment Invests in Solana ETF

The Ivy League's Dartmouth College has expanded its $9 billion endowment portfolio to include crypto assets. According to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the university invested $3.3 million in the Bitwise Solana Staking ETF. This was reported by Cointelegraph.com reporting .
Additionally, the endowment portfolio holds $3.5 million in the Grayscale Ethereum Staking ETF and $7.7 million in BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin ETF. These investments have further strengthened the university's presence in the digital asset market.
Previously, Harvard University also announced that it had invested in BlackRock's Bitcoin and Ethereum trusts through its endowment. The interest of such major educational institutions in crypto assets indicates growing confidence in digital currencies among institutional investors.
Currently, the price of Bitcoin is hovering around $81,237, showing a 2% increase over the last 24 hours. Although market volatility persists, the demand for ETF products from major funds remains a significant factor for the future of the crypto market.
