Dyson has expanded its range of air purifiers and fans with the new Find+Follow Purifier Cool model. The device's main feature is a built-in camera equipped with artificial intelligence. The system detects the movement of people in the room and automatically adjusts the direction of the fan's airflow. This is reported by Ixbt.com reports .
The Find+Follow function makes the device's operation more personalized: if there is one person in the room, the airflow is directed specifically at them. If there are many people, the system expands the coverage area to distribute the airflow evenly. According to Dyson, video footage is not sent to a server but is analyzed directly on the device and immediately deleted.
The new model also performs traditional air purification functions: it effectively removes unpleasant odors, volatile organic compounds, nitrogen dioxide, and particles as small as 0.3 microns. A round display on the front panel shows real-time air quality indicators, and the screen dims in night mode.
The device can be controlled via the MyDyson mobile app. Although the model does not have separate heating or cooling elements, it can provide a noticeable cooling effect in hot weather due to its powerful airflow. Dyson Find+Follow Purifier Cool is currently available in the US market for $895.
