This week it became known how much the dollar rate has increased

According to our weekly analysis of exchange rates published by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, during the second working week of September 2025, the rate of 1 US dollar against the national currency — the som — increased by 10.02 soms.

This week’s increase may be related to international market dynamics, import-export operations, and changes in domestic demand.

The Central Bank sets exchange rates based on market mechanisms and aims to maintain stability in economic processes. Such changes in the exchange rate are viewed as indicators of the global economic environment, foreign trade volume, and the level of domestic economic activity.
