The Competition Committee has approved the acquisition deal of the Allplay service by Yandex Uzbekistan. According to the terms of the agreement, Allplay will continue to operate as an independent platform.
The Allplay platform will be further developed in the future: its catalog of movies, series, and music will be expanded to include both foreign and Uzbek content. In the future, Allplay will become part of the Yandex Plus subscription.
Through this subscription, users will gain access to videos, music, books, sports broadcasts, and other benefits within the Yandex ecosystem – including cashback and the free delivery service “Yegulik” via Yandex Go.
