Based on the enforcement document issued by the Nukus Interdistrict Civil Court on June 13, 2025, it was ordered to recover alimony from the debtor K.D. in favor of the claimant E.D. for the maintenance of three children under her care, in the amount of half of his total monthly income.
After this enforcement document was received by the Nukus City Department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau, enforcement proceedings were initiated by the department’s officers in accordance with the established procedure.
During the enforcement process, the respondent K.D., in lieu of alimony obligations, officially transferred ownership of a residential property belonging to him, located on Bagmanlar Street in the city of Nukus, to the claimant E.D.
In this regard, the court decision was deemed to have been executed, and the respondent K.D. was released from the obligation to pay alimony.
