Uzbekistan boosts prune exports by 63%

According to the National Statistics Committee, over the first 11 months of 2025 Uzbekistan exported prunes to 43 countries.

During the reporting period, a total of 38.9 thousand tons of products were delivered to foreign markets, which is 63% higher than last year.

China was the largest buyer, with 21.6 thousand tons of prunes shipped to the country. The top three importers also included Kazakhstan (6.2 thousand tons) and Russia (6 thousand tons).

Next came Turkey (1.2 thousand tons) and Belarus (793.1 tons). The remaining countries accounted for a total of 2.4 thousand tons of prunes.
