Citizen Arrested for Robbery at a Pharmacy in Chirchik

The press service of the Tashkent Regional Police Department has released details about a robbery incident that took place in a pharmacy in Chirchik.

Earlier, social media claimed that the incident occurred in Tashkent city. However, it was confirmed that the robbery took place in a pharmacy in Chirchik, Tashkent region.

According to the details of the criminal case, a man born in 1993, under the influence of alcohol, entered the pharmacy and threatened the salesperson with a knife, demanding money. He managed to steal 700,000 UZS from the cash register.

A criminal case has been initiated under Part 2 of the article on "Robbery" in the Criminal Code of Uzbekistan. The perpetrator faces 8 to 10 years of imprisonment. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
