In the Yangihayot district of Tashkent, a newborn baby was left on the street in a bag. The baby was given first aid and taken to the hospital. An investigation is currently underway.
On January 15, at 7:30 a.m., a newborn baby was discovered on a street in Yangihayot. This was reported by "Millar".
The baby, placed in a market bag, was found by a resident of a multi-story building who immediately called emergency services and the police.
“We live in the Yuldosh-15 neighborhood. The street cameras here haven't worked for two years. If they were operational, we would have quickly identified who abandoned the baby,” said one of the witnesses.
Paramedics arrived at the scene, provided first aid to the baby, and transported her to City Hospital No. 13.
“When we arrived, we found a newborn girl wrapped in a red blanket inside a white bag. Her umbilical cord was unusually cut. She appeared to be only 30 minutes to an hour old,” said emergency doctor Umar Odilov.
The baby is currently under medical supervision, and her condition is reported as stable.
“We are glad that people did not remain indifferent and promptly reported the incident to the appropriate authorities,” said the doctor.
According to Suhrob Shomansurov, a representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a pre-investigation check is being conducted by the district's internal affairs office in Yangihayot. Follow “Zamin” news on “Telegram”
