The management of Manchester City is considering new coaching candidates to replace Josep Guardiola. Currently, the Spanish specialist's contract is valid until the summer of 2027, and after that he is reportedly planning to finish his career in England.
According to TEAMtalk, the City club is considering former captain Vincent Kompany as a possible replacement for Guardiola. Although the Belgian specialist recently signed a new contract with Bayern until 2029, Manchester City's management wants to test the possibility of bringing Kompany back if they part ways with Guardiola.
For information, Guardiola has been the head coach of Manchester City since 2016. Vincent Kompany started managing Bayern before the start of last season.
