Crystal Palace's central defender Marc Guehi remains one of Bayern's transfer targets. The English player has decided not to extend his current contract with the "Eagles", so he could change clubs as a free agent next summer.
The same situation may occur with Dayot Upamecano, as his contract with Bayern expires in June 2026. According to journalist Christian Falk, the Munich club has already started negotiations with Guehi's representatives.
Guehi is considered the main candidate to replace Upamecano at Bayern. Additionally, it is expected that there will be competition for the Crystal Palace captain from Liverpool, Real Madrid, and other European giant clubs.
