The Spanish specialist emphasized that he has already determined the team's starting lineup, and most of the players have fully recovered.
"I think the main squad is ready. Almost all the players who didn't play in the match against Juventus recovered. Now every player is ready to enter the field from the first minute. We respect the opponent, but we believe in our own game," Alonso said in an interview with journalists.
The coach also touched upon the news in the team. According to the announcement, Dean Huysen, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Dani Carvajal, and Dani Ceballos have fully recovered from their injuries and returned to the team.
