When will the heating system be switched on in Tashkent?

The Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services announced the official start of the heating season in Tashkent. According to it, in accordance with the sanitary and hygienic standards in force in the country, the heat supply season begins on the next day if the outside air temperature is below the average +8°C for 5 consecutive days.

In other words, if weather conditions remain cold for several consecutive days, and the average daily temperature drops below the established limit, apartment buildings, social institutions - schools, hospitals, and kindergartens - will be provided with heat.

Officials urge residents to be prepared for this process and recommend that the heating systems in their homes be in good working order.
