Champions League matches will now start late

Due to European countries switching to winter time, the Eurocup schedule has changed — now all matches will start one hour later. Previously, Champions League matches started at midnight Tashkent time, but now the first whistle will sound at 01:00.

This change is related to the fact that European countries have moved to winter time, while in Uzbekistan there is no seasonal time change. European countries will only return to summer time at the end of March 2026, so Champions League, Europa League, and Europe’s top league matches will all start an hour later until spring.

On November 5, two main matches will be held at the same time: both will kick off at 01:00 Tashkent time. Football fans in Uzbekistan will have to get used to late broadcasts — all Eurocup evening matches will start an hour later than usual.
