FC Istiqlol has officially introduced Vitaliy Levchenko to the position of head coach - the specialist will manage the team until the end of the 2026 season.
This appointment has a special "taste": Levchenko is not a stranger to this team. He has previously worked with the Dushanbe club and is well known to fans for achieving certain successes and good results in the international arena.
Most interestingly, he is coming to Dushanbe with extensive experience and a "championship spirit." Because in the last three seasons he worked at "Neftchi" and led the team to the Super League championship in 2025.
Now the task for "Istiqlol" is simple: to maintain stability in the domestic arena, and to celebrate even higher positions in international competitions. Levchenko's return is like restarting a "proven scenario": the club knows what it expects, and the coach feels this atmosphere well.
