The head coach of the Uzbekistan national team, Fabio Cannavaro, has announced the squad for the international friendly tournament to be held in Dubai in November. The squad includes Manchester City defender Abduqodir Husanov and Istanbul Başakşehir striker Eldor Shomurodov.
The announced extended list includes three goalkeepers, ten defenders, twelve midfielders, and three forwards. Among the invited players are key players who play for domestic league clubs as well as those active in foreign clubs.
The Uzbekistan national team will participate in the tournament organized in the United Arab Emirates. The competition will also feature teams such as Iran, Egypt, and Cape Verde, which have participated in the World Cup.
It is worth noting that Eldor Shomurodov recently scored a goal in a match for Başakşehir, although his team lost to Gençlerbirliği.
