According to journalist Ben Jacobs, Saudi Arabia is considering making the Portuguese star one of the club's owners to retain him in the country. Under the plan, Ronaldo's current stake could be increased to 15% in Al-Nasr. The league is also exploring various scenarios to maintain global interest in case Ronaldo departs.
Ronaldo joined Al-Nasr as a free agent in 2023. This season, he has played in 20 matches for the Saudi club, scoring 17 goals and providing 3 assists.
