The first public debut of the Zeekr 8X SUV took place at the Beijing Auto Show. Within just half an hour after the new model was officially announced, more than 10,000 initial orders were received. This was reported by Ixbt.com reports.
The car is priced at 330,000 to 474,000 yuan, depending on the configuration.
The model is built on the SEA-S Super Hybrid architecture, with a length of 5,100 mm and a wheelbase of 3,069 mm. Externally, it stands out with a massive radiator grille, SEA Star Diamond Matrix headlights and intelligent optics.
The cabin is equipped with a 16-inch OLED screen, a 44-inch head-up display and a 17-inch ceiling screen for passengers. The vehicle is offered in 5- and 6-seat versions.
The second row has electrically adjustable seats with heating, ventilation and massage functions, as well as a built-in refrigerator.
Technically, the Zeekr 8X is equipped with a 900-volt platform and a 2.0-liter turbo engine. The dual-motor version produces 897 horsepower, while the three-motor Wraith variant delivers 1,400 horsepower.
The most powerful version reaches 100 km/h in 2.96 seconds.
The hybrid system allows a range of 410 kilometers on electric power alone. The car is equipped with the G-ASD 4.0 autonomous driving system, which works with five lidar sensors and two Thor-U chips, making it one of the most technologically advanced models in its segment.
