ChatGPT can now access Google Drive and record meetings
OpenAI has announced new features for ChatGPT, reports Rozetked. The update is available to Plus, Pro, Enterprise, and Team subscribers. ChatGPT can now connect to cloud services like Google Drive, Gmail, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Dropbox, and Box to search and analyze files.

The model can answer queries like “What were the company’s revenues for Q1 last year?” by finding the relevant documents automatically.

A major addition is “record mode,” currently available for macOS Team users. It allows ChatGPT to record meetings, calls, and voice notes, transcribe them, extract key points, and generate tasks or summaries.

For admins, the Model Context Protocol (MCP) has been launched in beta, allowing secure integration with internal company systems.
