It became known how long the cold weather will last in Uzbekistan

In Uzbekistan, from the middle of the week the cold air mass will begin to gradually retreat. This was reported in the forecast of UzHydromet.
On Wednesday, March 11, precipitation is not expected in most parts of the territory. The air temperature at night will drop to 1–3 degrees below zero, in some places to 0–5 degrees below zero. During the day the temperature will be around 0–5 degrees above zero. In the north of the republic the temperature at night will be 7–10 degrees below zero, and during the day 0–5 degrees above zero. In some places the wind speed will increase to 13–18 meters per second, and in the regions of the Fergana Valley it may sometimes reach 22–25 meters per second.
On March 10–11 mudflows and flood events may occur in the foothill and mountainous areas of the republic. In the mountains there is a risk of avalanches.
On Thursday, March 12, the cold will still remain at night. However, during the day the cold air mass will begin to retreat from the territory of the republic. The air temperature will gradually rise and by the end of the working week the daytime temperature will warm up to 10–15 degrees. Precipitation is not expected on these days. Fog may occur in some places at night and in the morning.
