Famous actress Gulchehra Sa’dullayeva recently spoke candidly about her experience filming the scene between Zaynab and Otabek in the series “Past Days.” She was asked how the kiss scene was shot.

“There was a scene where Zaynab had to kiss Otabek. You struggled a lot, initially refused, saying your parents would be against it. But after Maryam Yoqubova said something, you performed the scene. How did that happen?”
Gulchehra replied:
“When they said, ‘Kiss out of jealousy,’ I sat down and cried. I won’t kiss, no, no, my mom and grandma will kill me, I won’t kiss, I thought. They sat for two hours, forty people didn’t know what to do, everyone was shocked. Olmas aka said, ‘You’re mine, you’re my sister, I saved you from death,’ and even then I kept saying ‘I won’t kiss.’ Later, Maryam Yoqubova came quietly and whispered something in my ear, and I didn’t realize how I ran and threw myself into Otabek’s arms.”
