On July 2, 2025, strong geomagnetic activity is once again expected in Tashkent and other regions of Uzbekistan. This was reported by meteorological experts from the “Meteonova” center. According to their information, this time the meteorological condition is classified as a “red danger level.” This means a serious threat to human health may arise.
According to specialists, around 08:00 AM on July 2, geomagnetic activity is expected to reach a high level of 5 points. Such levels of geomagnetic storms can strongly affect the human body. This situation is especially dangerous for people with weak health.

Reports indicate that a geo-strike may occur at 08:00 AM that day, after which its intensity will slightly decrease and remain around 4 points. This condition may persist until July 3, and people should be cautious during this time.
Magnetic storms usually occur due to sudden changes in the Earth's magnetic field. These changes cause various physiological reactions. Therefore, doctors and healthcare experts recommend special attention be paid to certain groups of people during such days.
In particular, individuals with cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, arrhythmia, risk of heart attack, and nervous system disorders are among the most affected by magnetic activity.
Also, those suffering from diabetes, bronchial asthma, and meteopathy — sensitivity to weather changes — may experience difficulty during these days. Symptoms may include headaches, insomnia, irritability, changes in appetite, blood pressure fluctuations, fatigue, and low mood.
The most vulnerable groups of the population are the elderly, children, pregnant women, and those with chronic diseases. They may be affected not only physically but also psychologically.
In this regard, doctors provide several recommendations. On such days, it is advised to reduce physical activity, avoid stress, drink enough water, eat light meals, get rest, and sleep well. It is also advisable to get fresh air, but only under shade or using sun protection.
Medical professionals emphasize that if a person feels unwell, they should consult a doctor immediately. Particularly, if they experience chest pain, fainting, numbness in limbs, nausea, or dizziness — these should be taken seriously.
Additionally, to maintain mental balance, people can practice breathing exercises, light therapy, and relaxing music. Experts recommend avoiding negative news on social media and in the press, maintaining a positive mindset, and, if possible, relaxing in nature.
Moreover, on meteosensitive days, one should avoid long car trips, refrain from using unchecked electrical devices, and follow safety protocols in the workplace.
The Hydrometeorological Service of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Emergency Situations urge the public to remain alert on such days. If these events continue beyond July 3, the public will be informed via official sources.
In conclusion, although geomagnetic storms are natural phenomena, their impact on human health must be taken seriously. To prevent consequences, everyone must pay attention to their body, lead a healthy lifestyle, and follow medical advice. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
