Do you have a young child in the family who attends kindergarten?
In that case, there is an opportunity to receive permanent financial support from the state. According to the government decision adopted on July 31, 2025, special financial assistance is allocated to families experiencing economic difficulties. This is stated in the official documents of the government.
On the basis of this law, financial aid is paid every month in the established order in the amount of 618 thousand soums. However, in order to take advantage of this opportunity, certain conditions exist. The family must necessarily be registered in the Register of the Poor. In addition, only families where the child is raised by one parent can participate in this program. For example, if the child lives only with the mother, then such a family belongs to this category.
Another condition is that the single father or mother must be officially employed. This means that information about the place of work must be recorded in official documents. This requirement was introduced to ensure the fair and targeted distribution of assistance allocated by the state.
In addition, the child must regularly attend a preschool educational institution — that is, a kindergarten. The financial aid is intended to be directly spent on the upbringing of the child. Also, the aid is provided only to children under the age of three. If the children are twins, the state allocates funds for both.
If all the conditions are met, family members will receive financial assistance in the amount of 618,000 soums monthly. This will, to a certain extent, ease the living standards of poor families and create additional opportunities for raising children.
The procedure for applying for financial assistance is also set up conveniently. Citizens can apply electronically through the my.gov.uz portal. In addition, there is the possibility to personally go to the “Inson” center and submit the application in paper form. In this way, each family can choose the method of application suitable to its conditions.
