After the 20th round of the Super League match between "Sogdiana" and "Dinamo", which ended with a 1:1 score, the head coach of the Jizzakh team, Ivan Boskovich, participated in a press conference and shared his thoughts about the match with the fans.
When first asked about the game, he said: “The game was very interesting. I think the fans also liked it. Today our team showed character and, fighting, earned one point. I want to thank my players for their strong struggle on the field until the last minutes.”
Boskovich also gave his opinion on the first half: “The first half was equal. Chances fell equally to both teams. As I mentioned earlier, we were unable to use the opportunities to score goals effectively. We need to use every situation correctly.”
He emphasized that in the second half the team was able to regain composure and organize many attacks: “In the second half, we returned to our game. We organized many attacks, we just didn’t raise our hands. We are always a team that fights until the end. We spent all our strength not to lose. Even the opportunity to score a goal existed.”
Boskovich also commented on the opponent: “We fought against a serious and capable opponent. I think the draw is fair. Now we are preparing for the Cup match. On the field, we have a serious goal, and the players know it. Time will show. What lessons we learned from today’s game you will see in the next matches.”
